DC Ramban reviews realisation of deliverables by different departments

RAMBAN: Deputy Commissioner, Ramban, Mussarat Islam convened a meeting of senior officers here at Conference Hall to review the realization of targets under the deliverables set for the year 2022-23.

Additional District Development Commissioner, Ramban, Rajinder Sharma; PO ICDS, Jahangir Hashmi; CPO, Dr. Kasturi Lal; ACR, Gias ul-Haq: ACP Swran Singh; ACD, Ashok Singh and several other district and sectoral officers attended the meeting.

The DC took extensive review of all the Departments regarding realization of deliverables and directed the officers to focus on good governance and adhere to the timeline set by the government. The DC said the deliverables were aimed to achieve comprehensive and inclusive socio-economic prosperity in the district.

While reviewing the performance of Forest, PMGSY, PWD, ICDS, Education, RDD, and various other departments, the DC said that the need of the hour was to put in extra efforts for further improving the Ranking of District Ramban on the performance index.

The officers of different departments were asked to highlight their achievements, best practices, targets of previous and current year and furnish the report to the Planning and the monitoring department for evaluation.

The DC advised the departments on the mechanism for improving monitoring and assessment of the performance of the subordinates at different levels. He directed the officers to submit the action taken report on deliverables on fortnightly basis.
