Actor Milind Soman to promote tourism in Ladakh

LEH: Film Actor Milind Soman is going to promote tourism here.

This was stated by the actor himself while interacting with media persons during a press conference, which was organised by Ladakh Tourist Trade Alliance (ALTTA).

The actor urged the travellers to make research and well plan tour to understand the beauty of Ladakh.

Milind also urged the travellers to keep Ladakh clean as many garbage dumps were found in 14 kilometer short trek in Markha Valley, which he trekked himself. The trekking was sponsored by Educationist Sonam Wangchuk.

The actor also said that he came to Ladakh number of times but did trekking for the first time and gained lifetime experience.

ALTTA Chairman PT Kunzang, Educationist Sonam Wangchuk, Himalayan Institute of Alternatives Ladakh (HIAL) Co-founder and Director Geetanjili and other Tourism Industry stakeholders were present during the press conference.
