Jammu boys complete Tuffman Tri 113 at Chandigarh

JAMMU: Jammu boys Archit Puri and Aman Gupta recently completed Tuffman Tri 113, which was held at Chandigarh.

Tuffman is India's premier endurance sports platform which organizes various running and sporting events in India.

This time Triathlon was planned in Chandigarh with open water swim in Sukhna lake.

Tuffman Tri 113 consists of 1.9 kms, 90 kms cycling and 21.1 kms run totally based on Iron man 70.3.

All the rules and regulations were same as 70.3 and event was time based.

Swimming in Sukhna lake was organized in first of its kind ever. Overall 130 participants were there in different categories.

Archit came 5th and Aman came 4th.

Archit who competed its first 70.3 distance was overjoyed with the performance and planning to compete in IronMan Goa 70.3 to be held in November.

Aman also briefed that they struggled in run part as there was scorching heat and conditions were not suitable.
