Div Com visits DPS Jammu

JAMMU: Divisional Commissioner Ramesh Kumar visited Delhi Public School Jammu during the ongoing Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav being celebrated by the School and blessed the students and staff on the occasion.
He was warmly welcomed with a potted green plant, symbolic of growth and prosperity. The Divisional Commissioner was also presented with the National Flag woven in the Khadi fabric, as a part of the Khadi promotion campaign of the School spearheaded by Pro-Vice Chairperson- DPS Jammu, Dr Ritu Singh.
The flag was presented by the School Principal, Ruchi Chabra on behalf of the management, staff, students and the Delhi Public School Society, New Delhi to reaffirm the commitment of Dipsites for the most solemn and constitutionally and traditionally authorized symbol representing the whole country.
The Divisional Commissioner Jammu appreciated the solemn gesture and conveyed his best wishes to all the School students and staff and management for providing quality education to the future of the nation.
