JSS Principal felicitated with ‘Outstanding Achievers Principal Award'

JAMMU: Rohini Aima, Principal cum Vice-Chairperson of Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu was one of the keynote speakers and resource person who articulated on "Transformational Leadership" in a two day Education Conclave held in Manali.

This conclave was organized by The Wednesday Times.

She deliberated upon and corroborated the scrupulous life of being a leader. She highlighted the leadership wheel, how can leaders lead and facilitate, what strategies leaders need to opt for, how can leaders empower themselves and their followers, prominence of team performance, key training points for being effective leaders. It was a very fruitful and productive conference as she received commendable appreciation and audience response.

This education conclave 2021 relinquished with an award ceremony in which Rohini Aima was felicitated with a trophy of Top 30 outstanding achievers principal award and keynote speaker which added another souvenir to the glory of school.
