'Shikara' actress interacts online with students of MVIS

JAMMU: Shikara movie actress Sadia on Saturday held an interactive session online with students of MV International School.

She conducted a powerful session for students of classes 8th & 9th, where she shared her journey of struggles and hard work to reach to her dream career in life. She motivated the children to stay focused and work very hard in life to reach to their desired life goal.

Second LIVE online session was organized for the students of classes 10th and 12th on the topic ‘Ayurveda in Daily Life with Special Reference to CORONA'.

Renowned Ayurvedic Consultant Dr. Vikram Dev Singh, MD (Ayu) conducted this session, he motivated the students to stay calm and composed, strengthen the immune system, exercise regularly, practice yoga and meditation. He even shared effective precautions and home remedies that could be helpful during this time of pandemic spread.

In the third session the students of classes Pre-Nursery, Nursery, LKG and UKG attended a highly engrossing story session with Delhi based story teller Nikita Arora Kashyap. She enthralled the children and their mothers by her creative presentation of the story ‘Jack and the Robbers'.

The three session were attended by staff members, students and their parents. The parents and guests expressed satisfaction over the initiative take up by the school to conduct of such sessions. This shall help the students to learn better and stay motivated.

Online classes are not just for teaching academic syllabus, but such sessions would definitely add value and skill set to the personality of the students.
