Free Mega Medical cum Certificate Camp held at Samote village

RAJOURI: In order to provide all type of medical facilities to the people at their doorsteps, Block Medical Officer, Kandi, Dr. Iqbal Malik organized a Medical-cum-certificate Camp at village Samote, a far-flung area in the hamlets of Kotranka town of Rajouri.

A team of Doctors namely Dr Ruksana Jabeen, Dr Zia-ul-Haq, Dr Nazneen Dar, Dr Farooq Tantry alongwith Pharmacists Wahid Malik, Masood Ahmed, Abdul basit and Mohd Altaf and FMPHW's Vijay Kumari, yaseem Akhter, Naziz Kosser, Nita Kumar and Nighat, Lab Technicians  Mohd Ishtaq and Pawan Kumar, Arish consular Mohd Ajaz. Mohd Imdad Malik JHI, Mohd Rubani and Mohd ishaq and others rendered their services.

In the camp, a total 187 old age certificates for pension and other allied beneficial purposes, 18 labour certificate for fitness, 4 illness certificates, 6 widow pension certificate were issue on the spot whereas in the camp, the doctors examined and treated more than 193 patients having different ailments and provided free medicine including Laborty tests beside 98 children were vaccinated during the day-long camp.

During the camp, Mohd Ayoub Lone, Community Health Officer, CHC Kandi delivered a lecture on awareness of coronavirus, contraceptive methods, family planning and various health scheme's etc.

Sarpanch Abdul Gafoor , Liaqat Ali and Mohd Iqbal and others community members have widely appreciated the role of Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri and Chief Medical Officer, Rajouri Dr. Sanjeev Puri in managing and organizing the events for Public.
