JSS Kathua celebrates Constitution Day

KATHUA: A special ceremony to mark the celebration of Indian Constitution Day was conducted in the school assembly today to bring to light the emergence of constitution of free India.

Students spoke on the importance of our constitution and laid focus on being it’s one of the best and largest written constitutions in the world, followed by the Preamble oath taking ceremony where all the staff members and students solemnly took an oath.

 

A video presentation was also conducted by Arun Kumar (PGT History) which was based on the formation of the constitution of India which tells us about the hard work and struggle of Dr. B.R Ambedkar and his 22 committees who worked day and night and walked along the length and breadth of the world to design world’s best constitution.

The teacher further explained the importance of preamble which is the preface of the Indian Constitution.
