Indian Army jawans celebrate Navratri, perform garba in chilling temperature; netizens appreciate

NEW DELHI: As the country is celebrating the festival of Navratri, videos of people performing garba are being shared on social media. A video of the soldiers of the Indian Army celebrating the festival by performing garba in chilling temperature is going viral.

The video was shared by Union Minister of State for Development of North Eastern Region Jitendra Singh on Twitter. Three Army jawans can be seen enjoying the garba despite tough weather conditions.

"Proud Soldiers of #IndianArmy celebrate and perform Garba in chilling Sub-Zero degree temperature. That is the spirit that makes India invincible ... Kuchh Baat Hai Ki Hasti Mit-ti Nahin Hamari!" Singh wrote while sharing the video.

Another video of jawans playing garba while standing in two lines was shared by business tycoon Anand Mahindra. Though it is not confirmed when and where the video was filmed, it has gone viral on social media with over 1.37 lakh views.
