DDC , SSP, Kishtwar visits snow bound Warwan Valley, listens public grievances

KISHTWAR: In its endeavor to redress the grievances of public at their door steps today District Development Commissioner, Kishtwar Angrez Singh Rana, visited far flung snow bound area of Warwan.

The DDC was accompanied by SSP, Kishtwar Shakti Kumar Pathak besides scores of locals remain present during the occasion.

During the occasion , the locals people of Warwan area placed various demands before the DDC like restoration of BSNL tower, release of pending wages of Job card holders since 2017, providing of infrastructural facilities, furniture etc. for smooth functioning of High School Inshan, demands speedy snow clearance of local/link roads from Inshan to Afti, Inshan to Choidraman, Inshan to Basmina, Inshan to Margan top- Matigrawan, construction of Tunnel from Hapatnar Warwan to Shangus Anantnag , Concession in Air fares of Chopper services from Kishtwar to Warwan, posting of doctors at PHC Warwan and Allopatheic dispensaries of Warwan.

All the genuine demands were patiently heard by DDC Kishtwar and on spot directions were issued to the concerned departments to look into all these issues for an early redressal on top priority.

He directed concerned authorities to immediately restore communication and link roads in the Warwan.

Direction were passed to concern officer to clear the pending wage claims/liabilities of Job card holders for the year 2017. Further, DDC directed BDO to release all pending payments under SBM and also complete the geotagging process.

Responding to the demand raised by the local with regard to non availability of doctors at Basmeena, Margi, Sukhnai, Warwan DDC assured the people that their genuine demand shall be taken up with higher authorities for speedy redressal.
He assured the locals that necessary required items at HS Inshan shall be provided.

He urged upon the locals to participate in upcoming elections so that the maximum turn out could be achieved.

He warned the government employees to remain punctual in their duties and serve the poor people of Warwan area with heart and soul.

He further advised them to strictly follow the Model Code of conduct and warned that in case if any government employee is found involved in any kind of political activity stern action shall follow instantly and accordingly his/her case will be recommended to Election Commission of India for necessary action.
