JSS Kathua celebrates International Women's Day

KATHUA: Jammu Sanskriti School, Kathua celebrated International Women's Day on 8th march in the school premises in order to recognize and honour the achievements of Women in all walks of life .

The theme of this year's Women's day is ‘Balance for better'. Little Sanskritians also focused on this theme and shared views on this day. The students portrayed as famous women personalities with great conviction and confidence. It proved to be a great learning experience for the children.

The students showcased the roles of Sarojni Naidu, Indira Gandhi, Rani Lakshmi Bai and many more legendary women who have contributed to the world at large.

In the end, Mili. R. Sumbria Principal JSS Kathua also expressed her views on Women's Day, she motivated her students to respect each other and inspired the girls to walk on the path of legends like Nirmala Sitharaman, Sania Mirza, Indira Nooyi and many more to set an identity of their own and contribute to the society as a whole.

Jammu Sanskriti School, Kathua also took an initiative to further take special care of girl child education.
