Heritage School represented India at International Dance Festival, Turkey

JAMMU: The Heritage School's dance team, returned home after their weeklong tour and flying the Indian Tricolour at VI International Citrus Festival held in Turkey.

It was an honour for Heritage students called as ‘Team Hindustan' to represent their motherland at an international forum. 

It was a great opportunity for students to interact with dance troops from various other countries of the world, to learn about their cultures and spot the uniqueness and similarities under on the same stage. 

They won accolades for their performances of Kud and Rouf folk dances of J&K and semi-classical dance forms of India. The audience was enchanted by their colourful traditional attires.

Upon their arrival in India, they were accorded a warm welcome by the school. The Principal and the staff congratulated the team and their mentors Shalini Sharma and Neha Sharma on their achievement.
