JSS organises visit to Gurudwara

JAMMU: Students of Jammu Sanskriti School,  Kathua, visited a Gurdwara ahead of Gurupurab.

Students from Class VI to X visited District Gurdwara. They worshipped and sought blessings. Head of Gurudwara enlightened students about the Gurupurab. Students recited shabad.

Principal Shuchita Gupta said that in their main focus is on learning, whether it is academic, co-curricular, spiritual or religious. "Students learnt a lot and should respect every religion and community in the society."

"We celebrate each and every occasion in our school to make our children aware of all the religions. We should follow Guru Nanak's teachings."
