JSS wins 16 medals at skating competition

JAMMU: Students of Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua brought laurels to the school by clinching medals in Skating Competition 2018 held in S.D School, Pathankot organized by Pathankot Skate Board Association.

Mamta Agarwal was the Chief Guest. More than 16 schools of various states participated in the competition.

A total of 20 students from JSS Kathua participated in this competition. Six students clinched gold medals, namely Krishna, Pallavi, Vinayak, Dhairya Sharma, Mridual, Aarav. Four students clinched silver medals, namely Shiv, Sandhiya, Prachi, Lovenya. Six students clinched bronze medals, namely, Sidharth, Anubhav, Saksham, harsh, Rajan, Anmol.

Bhupinder, Skates Teacher, guided and trained the students. Principal Shuchita Gupta appreciated the efforts of skates teacher and congratulated the students for their performance. She also motivated them to participate more and more in sports besides studies.
