Jammu man Sarabjeet made Vijay Hazare coach

JAMMU: Services today appointed former first class cricketer, wicket-keeper batsman, Sarabjeet Singh as coach of the Services' Vijay Hazare Trophy team for the upcoming season.

Hails from Hiranagar in district Kathua , Sarabjeet has played 91 first class and 76 list A matches representing J&K Cricket Association (JKCA) and Services from 1993 to 2013.
Sarabjeet Singh was coach of JKCA Under -23 team in 2015-16 season and currently coach of Services Ranji Trophy team from the past two years. Apart from his vast experience on field he is BCCI Level -A coach.

Meanwhile, young medium pacer from Jammu, Varun Chaudhary also been selected in Services team for Vijay Hazare Trophy. Varun is employed with Indian Navy and impressed selectors by taking highest wickets in one-day trails from Services team.
