Chocolate Brownies

A chocolate brownie is square in shape, softly baked, chocolate dessert. Brownies come in a variety of forms and may be either fudgy or cakey, depending on their density.

Brownies have always been one of most trying kitchen experiments because they are so simple just a one-bowl wonder that requires no mixer and only enough patience to wait for them to bake results comes out to be awesome.

For your sweet tooth craving we have a very simple recipe of eggless chocolate brownies.

Eggless Chocolate Brownies

100gm butter unsalted

A pinch of salt

1 and a half cup sugar

250gm dark chocolate

Milk as required (to mixture)

1tbsp baking powder

A cup of almonds, cashew, walnuts and raisins (Either add all of them or take one or two, as per your choice)

1) Take a bowl, and mix all the dry ingredients: maida (All purpose flour), sugar powder, baking soda and salt.

2) Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler.

3) In a bowl cut the dry fruits and coat with little butter then in flour.

4) Mix all together flour, melted chocolate and dry fruits. Do not whisk too much.

5) Let some melted chocolate aside.

6) Rest the mixture for 5 mins. Bake in microwave for 5-7 mins only.

7) Pour some melted chocolate on it and some chocolate dust or shredded chocolate and brownie is ready to eat.

1) Do not bake too much otherwise it will turn out to be cake.

2) Do not whisk the batter much; it needs to be a little gooey.

3) Coat dry fruits with butter and maida (all purpose flour) so they won't sit down in the batter.
