1. National Conference (NC) leader Omar Abdullah on Thursday said the PDP's decision to abstain from voting in the Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman election proved that it continued to be in a tactical alliance with the BJP even after the national party pulled out of Jammu and Kashmir's ruling coalition in June.
