Army conducts Medical Camp

RAMBAN: To address the medical problems of local populace in far flung and remote areas, a medical camp was conducted by Army today at Jamsalan village of Ramban district.

More than 300 patients to include men, women and children, were provided medical aid and treatment by the Army medical staff. Medicines were also distributed free of cost to the patients.

Speaking on the occasion, Sarpanch of the village Jamsalan said that the people have to walk for hours to get basic medical facilities. On behalf of the locals he expressed gratitude and appreciation towards the Army for undertaking this noble cause of addressing the medical problems of the local populace close to their homes.
