KCIS bags overall trophy in district Jujitsu

JAMMU: The KC International School (KCIS) bagged the overall championship trophy in the two-day 7TH District Jammu Jujitsu Championship held under the banner of District Jammu Jujitsu Association, here.

Overall second place went to GD Goenka School considering the points earned out of the medals won in different age and weight categories.

Earlier, in all, 180 students from different educational institutions of KCIS, GD Goenka, Delhi Public School, KC Gurukul School, Dewan Devi School, Shangrilla Public School, SP Smart School and Ultimax Mixed Martial Arts Academy took part in the competition.

The prizes were given away to the winners by general secretary of the Association, Tarsem Sharma in the presence of Suresh Kumar, Danish Sharma, Ravi Singh, Rajesh Kumar and Raj Kumar.

Speaking to the gathering, Tarsem Sharma encouraged those upcoming boys and girls.
