Fog continues to disrupt train services in Delhi; 41 delayed, 13 cancelled

NEW DELHI: The national capital today woke up to a moderately foggy morning with the minimum and maximum temperatures at 7 degrees and 23 degrees respectively.

As many as 41 trains were delayed and 13 others were cancelled due to low visibility and operational reasons. In addition, four trains were rescheduled by the Indian Railways.As north India continues to reel under cold waves, there were reports of train and flight services disruption in the Capital.

Cold waves have been sweeping parts of north India. Punjab and Haryana were reeling under an intense cold wave and high-altitude areas of Jammu region are also experiencing snowfall over the last week.
