J&K suffers humiliating defeat in Sub-Junior Hockey

JAMMU: Jammu and Kashmir was no match for Hockey Uttarakhand after the side suffered a humiliating defeat in the ongoing league round of the 8th Hockey India Sub Junior (Men) National Championship (B Division) in Manipur.

As per the reports reaching here, Uttarakhand boys defeated their counterparts from J&K 11-0. Today's was J&K's second successive defeat. Dragflicker Boby Singh Dhami (6th, 12th, 14th, 40th, 56th) was the star of the match with an awesome five goals to his name.

Lalit Negi (39th, 41st, 63rd) too had a great outing with three goals and a double by Ankit Singh Majila (43rd and 66th) and a goal by Dikshit Joshi (21st) to help their team take home the winning points.
