Virat Kohli meets WWE star The Great Khali on ‘Friendship Day’

Virat Kohli caught up with WWE wrestler The Great Khali post the conclusion of the second Test versus Sri Lanka.

MUMBAI: After wrapping up a comprehensive victory in the second Test against Sri Lanka at Colombo, Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli caught up with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) wrestler The Great Khali.

India thrashed the struggling Sri Lankan team once again in the ongoing three-Test series, winning the second Test at the Sinhalese Sports Club (SSC) by an innings and 53 runs, thus taking an unassailable 2-0 lead.

This is for the second time in a row that India have accomplished a Test series win in Sri Lanka - a tricky as well as challenging Test venue for many great sides.

Post India's win, on ‘Friendship Day', the Indian captain caught up with the WWE wrestler who can be described as the first Indian to have made it big in one of the biggest sports entertainment events.

Kohli looked rather teensy standing beside the giant frame of Khali, in the two pictures he posted on his Twitter page.

The Great Khali, aka Dalip Singh Rana, stands at 7 feet 1 inches and weighs 157 kilograms.
