JAMMU: Central University of Jammu, under the patronship of Prof. Sanjeev Jain, Vice Chancellor organised an awareness campaign to sensitize the youth of the University to "vote for sure".

The students were apprised by Prof. Ritu Bakshi, Dean Students welfare that voting for Viksit Bharat is important and by participating in, we will choose the dynamic leaders, they will lead Bharat to Vishwapatal. Prof. Bakshi also emphasised that the power of youth to decide the roadmap to Vikshit Bharat is well appreciated.

It is pertinent to mention here that the CUJ is arranging awareness activities inside and outside the campus to be the part of "Chunav Ka Parv- Desh Ka Garv".

The main objective of the initiative is to engage and encourage young voters to come out and vote and to convey the importance of voting for the larger good of the nation.

The programme ended with a Voters Pledge by students and faculty members.
