JAMMU: IMFA organized a quiz competition in the faculty of music on Tuesday.

Shakti Kumar Pathak, DIG Jammu-Samba-Kathua range and Deputy Mayor Baldev Billawaria were chief guests and former director Vk Sambyal was the guest of honour on this occasion.

The event was inaugurated with Saraswati Vandana and the principal Prof. Shohab Inayat Malik, who warmly welcomed the distinguished guests and participants.

This quiz was in two phases and ten teams participated. Out of the ten teams, three teams were awarded the first, second and third prizes.

The winners were awarded certificates and books. Dr. Jasmeet Kaur, Rajkumar Sharma and Vijay Verma were in the jury. Dr. Roshi Shaminotra and Dr. Anjul Agarwal held the proceeding of the quiz.

This quiz was designed by Dr. Sumit Madan, who was also the convener of the competition.

Dr. Roshi Shaminotra, Dr. Jasmeet Kaur, Ankush kesar, Dr. Anjul Agarwal, Prabhat Bali and Chandardhari kesar were in the organizing committee.

The dignitaries present highly appreciated this event.

Dr. Jasmeet Kaur anchored the whole event and HOD music - Dr. Priya Dutta presented the vote of thanks.
