PSPS Govt PG College for Women organises Poster making competition on life, teachings of Mahatma Gandhi

JAMMU: To mark the relevance of Teachings and Freedom Struggle of Mahatma Gandhi Ji, a District Level On the Spot Poster Making Competition was organized today by Padma Shri Padma Sachdev Government PG College for Women Gandhinagar Jammu.

Thirteen Colleges of Jammu district participated in the event wherein students exhibited their creative talent on the themes, Life Sketch of Mahatma Gandhi, Dandi March and Quit India Movement.

Prof. Seema Sharma, Associate Professor Music from GCW Udhampur and Prof. Pawan Gupta, Associate Professor Commerce from GDC Samba were the Judges for this event.

Palkin Verma of Government MAM College clinched the 1st Position; Arushi Sharma of Government College of Education got 2nd Position and the third Position was shared by Seeya Saini of PSPS GCW Gandhinagar and Moksh Bhardwaj of GDC Sidhra.

The whole event was coordinated by Prof. Mala Bhasin, NSSPO (Unit -1) and team Dr. Anju Koul, Prof. Suman Bala, Dr.Kusum and Dr. Ujjwal Sharma.
