IDS Sehora celebrates 76th Independence Day

JAMMU: 76th Independence Day was celebrated in Institute of Dental Sciences Sehora Jammu under the programme "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav" which is being observed across the country.

On this occasion, Dr. Sarbjeet Singh, Principal, IDS accompanied by all the staff members and students remained present.

The programme was started with a discourse delivered by Bhanu Priya and Shefali on 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav', an initiative of Government of India.

Further, in the glory of 75 years of Independence, a series of events were organised between 13th August - 15th August, 2022 which included Poem recitation by Kashish, speech on "What Freedom Means" by Himanshi, Patriotic song sung by Sonali and group and Flag rally which was carried out by students and staff members along with distribution of National Flag.

National Anthem was sung and the Flag of India was hoisted.The whole Programme was organised by Cultural and Sports committee under the guidance of Principal.
