SDM Mendhar inspects progress of work on Parnai Project Bufliaz

POONCH: Sub Divisional Magistrate Mendhar, Jahangir Khan, today visited Parnai project Bufliaz and inspected construction work of Barrage and tunnel. He also took stock of various issues / difficulties /hindrances being faced by the construction company and labourers at the work site.

The officer was apprised by Assistant Engineer, Sameer wani (PDC)that almost 85% construction work of barrage has been done and will be fully completed within a fixed timeline.

The SDM also went inside the tunnel / edits lst & 2nd in phases 3,4,5,6 upto construction points and inspected the ongoing work along with project manager, Xen PDC Zahid, AE PDC Sameer & other working staff.

The officer also chaired a meeting of engineers / project manager /other employees and stressed upon them to ensure the safety of labourers first and then expedite the execution of work for its completion in given time lines.
