Jammu Sanskriti School organizes Investiture Ceremony

JAMMU: Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu organized Investiture Ceremony marking the formation of a new senate with great pomp and dignity. To scale the heights and reach the pinnacle of success, the school always strives to inculcate a sense of commitment and responsibility among the students with their heads held high as the future leaders.
Mukesh Singh, ADGP, Jammu graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The program commenced with the presentation of sapling & traditional lighting of lamp followed by the welcome address by the Principal Cum Vice Chairperson Rohini Aima.
She warmly greeted the Chief Guest & made the newly elected student council realize that they are the beacon of the learners. This was ensued by the mesmerising and beautiful pinning ceremony of student council followed by felicitation ceremony of Class X meritorious students who have excelled in the CBSE Board Examination.
Pinning of batches gave the school's prefectorial board official charge after scrutinising, interviewing and selection which gave them a feel of functioning of an official administrative body.
The selected members of the student council vowed the oath to work faithfully for the upliftment of the school and coordinate with full dedication and responsibility in organizing events throughout the year.
Vasu Khajuria and Amber Bhatt led the student council as the chosen head boy and head girl respectively.
Akash & Bhumi being selected as Vice-Head Boy & Vice-Head Girl, Master Ravinder Singh & Chetna as Sports Captain; Shivang & Neharika as Cultural Captain and Jatin & Mishti as Junior Head Boy & Junior Head Girl.
All of them affirmed their missions and pledged to keep the flag of the school flying high. The school corridor buzzed with enthusiasm and pride. The school choir presented a song in the honor of all dignitaries & the newly elected members".
Speaking on the occasion Mukesh Singh, ADGP, Jammu congratulated the student council and urged the student council to bring big changes in the school and make great changes in the country. He also added that Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu is setting a benchmark in building great leaders.
The vote of thanks was given by the Vice Principal Avneet Kour Budhraja.
Rohini Aima conveyed grandeur gratitude to Mukesh Singh for his benign presence. She also confabulated that leaders are built by entrusting to them the sense of responsibility & accountability. These ceremonies serve as stepping stones for the future leaders.
